In compliance with the provisions of art. 10 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services (L.S.S.I.), the following General Information is provided:

I.- Users;

Access to and/or use of the www.torculo.com website confers user status on the person performing it, and by doing so, they fully and unreservedly accept these general conditions, as well as any specific conditions that may, where appropriate, complement, modify, or replace the general conditions in relation to certain services and content of the website.

II.- Use of the Website, its services, and contents;

The user undertakes to use the Website and its services and contents without contravening current legislation, good faith, generally accepted customs, and public order.

Likewise, the use of the Website for unlawful or harmful purposes against THE OWNER or any third party, or in any way that could cause damage or impede the normal functioning of the Website, is prohibited.

Regarding the contents (information, texts, graphics, sound and/or image files, photographs, designs, etc.), the following are prohibited:

THE OWNER may unilaterally and without prior notice, whenever deemed appropriate, modify the structure and design of the website, as well as modify or delete the services, contents, and conditions of access and/or use of the Website.

IV.- Hyperlinks;

The establishment of any "hyperlink" between a web page and the website shall be subject to the following conditions:

  • Neither total nor partial reproduction of any of the services or contents of the website is permitted.
  • Unless prior and express consent is obtained, the web page where the hyperlink is established shall not contain any brand, trade name, establishment sign, denomination, logo, slogan, or other distinctive signs belonging to THE OWNER.

THE OWNER provides no guarantee and is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any nature that may arise from:

  • The lack of usefulness, suitability, or validity of the Website and/or its services or contents to satisfy specific needs, activities, or results or user expectations.
  • The existence of viruses, malicious, or harmful programs in the contents.
  • The reception, obtaining, storage, dissemination, or transmission, by users, of the contents.
  • The unlawful, negligent, fraudulent use, contrary to these General Conditions, good faith, generally accepted uses or public order, of the Website, its services or contents, by users.
  • The lack of legality, quality, reliability, usefulness, and availability of the services provided by third parties and made available to users on the Website.
  • The non-compliance by third parties with their obligations or commitments in relation to the services provided to users through the Website.

The duration of the provision of the Website service and its services is indefinite.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, THE OWNER reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, or terminate the provision of the Website service or any of the services that comprise it, under the same terms as set forth in the third condition.

VII. Applicable law and Jurisdiction;

These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
ANDAVIRA EDITORA SLU and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile for any questions that may arise or actions that may be brought derived from the provision of the Website service and its services and contents and regarding the interpretation, application, fulfillment, or non-fulfillment of what is established herein.

In the event that the User has their domicile outside of Spain, ANDAVIRA EDITORA SLU. and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA.
