Essay on Local and Rural Development

It is a critical essay on rural development policy in Asturias in recent decades, from which a concrete proposal emerges that will help lay the foundations for recovering the path of development of villages and peasant culture, in contexts typical of the European economy, by eliminating some of the pernicious elements that currently prevent it and taking advantage of beneficial elements that are currently wasted or underutilized.
