The latter, precisely, is what the works gathered here, published between 1998 and 2015, attempt to do, although they do so in a non-systematic way but rather in relation to each specific topic studied. The collection suggests, rather than outlines, the existence of an extensive field of research from which many more fruits can be expected, which will undoubtedly lead to a deeper understanding of Indian Law.
