We accompany the conceptual foundations with four models designed to value companies with specific characteristics or situations: mature company (MEM), company in crisis (MEC), family business (MEF), and young and growing company (MEJ). We hope that these models will serve as a good starting point for those who face the need to value a company in the necessary creation of a "tailor-made" financial model for their company. In any case, remember that what is truly important is not the financial valuation model, but the business model of the company to be valued.
