Political parties and control of public power

Its first part is titled "Political Parties, Funding and Corruption", and it summarizes several years of work by a team of constitutionalists from the University of Santiago de Compostela led by Professor Roberto Blanco Valdés. The second part, "The Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction after two decades of the 29/1998 Law", contains contributions and critical assessments from prominent administrative lawyers and legal professionals from all over Spain with extensive academic and practical experience in the context of judicial control of Public Administrations.
