To answer that question, we must justify why the arts are educational and educate; we must value the arts as educational and see to what extent they meet the criteria that determine the meaning of education. This is the question from the perspective of Pedagogy, not about improving our way of knowing, nor about improving our way of teaching, but the question about the education of the arts themselves. The specific difference of the function of educating is not given by the quantity and quality of the subject matter proper to the area of cultural experience that we use as a resource in instruction, but by its adjustment to the meaning of education and the transformation of the instructive cultural area into a sphere of education that is integrated into the educational design, always seeking the concordance of values and feelings in each intervention, to achieve the transition from knowledge to action.
